1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who uses TrueTrack, operated by Long Term Optimist (LTO) Advisory, registered in England and Wales (company number 15197927). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. What TrueTrack is

TrueTrack is an AI-powered coaching tool designed to support goal-setting, performance, and personal development. It draws on established coaching methodologies and maintains persistent memory across sessions.

Important: TrueTrack is not a medical or mental health service.

TrueTrack is a coaching tool only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. TrueTrack will direct you to appropriate support if you indicate you are in crisis.

3. Your account

  • ✓You must be 18 or older to create a paid account. Under-18s may access the free athlete tier with parental consent.
  • ✓You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • ✓You may not share your account with another person.
  • ✓You may not use TrueTrack for any unlawful purpose.
  • ✓One account per person. Multiple accounts to exploit free trial limits are not permitted.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive 3 free coaching sessions. No credit card is required for the free trial. At the end of your trial, you will need a paid subscription to continue. Free trial sessions cannot be transferred or extended.

5. Subscriptions and payment

  • ✓Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • ✓Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
  • ✓Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • ✓We may change prices with 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
  • ✓If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. Access may be suspended after repeated failures.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service, contact us at support@truetrack.coach and we will assess each case individually.

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription and receive a full refund. This right lapses if you use the service within the 14-day period, which you acknowledge by starting your first paid session.

7. Free athlete tier

Athletes ranked in the top 1,000 in their sport at national or international level, and young people under 18 in competitive training, may apply for free access. Eligibility is assessed by TrueTrack and may be withdrawn if circumstances change. Free tier users are subject to all other terms in this agreement.

8. Your content

You own the content of your coaching sessions. By using TrueTrack, you grant us a limited licence to process your session content solely to provide the service, including maintaining persistent memory across sessions.

Your session content is never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled and protected.

9. Intellectual property

TrueTrack, its software, design, and all content on this site (excluding your session content) are owned by Long Term Optimist (LTO) Advisory and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

TrueTrack is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any coaching interaction will produce a particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TrueTrack is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of TrueTrack after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
