Why TrueTrack, and not a chatbot or a tracker?

You already have two good alternatives. A general AI, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. And a tracker, Strava, Whoop, Hevy or MyFitnessPal. Neither is built to coach you. Here is exactly where each one stops, and where TrueTrack begins.

A general AI is brilliant, and it forgets you the moment you close the tab.

That is not a flaw, it is the design. A general assistant answers the question in front of it, then starts fresh. It has no memory of your goals, no record of what you committed to last week, and no reason to bring any of it back. It was built for general conversation, not coaching, and it is tuned to be agreeable, which usually means telling you what you want to hear.

Coaching is the opposite. It only works because someone remembers what you said, notices the pattern you keep repeating, and brings back the thing you promised yourself you would do. The same tool does not do both.

And here is the part that matters most. Even if you got it to remember, it still would not do the thing that actually changes you. It does not bring your life and your fitness coaching into one place. It does not keep watching between conversations. It does not cross-reference your training, your food, your sleep and your goals to find what is working. And it does not turn up every day to make you a slightly better version of yourself. A general assistant can answer a question. It cannot run that loop.

A tracker logs the number. It never holds you to anything.

A tracker records that you ran, or that you slept badly. What it cannot tell you is whether any of it moves you toward what you actually said you wanted. It is a number, not a plan. It sits in its own silo, cut off from your work, your stress and the rest of your life.

And most trackers harvest and sell your data, including anonymised health data, then call it privacy. When the product is free, or even when it is not, you became the product.

One shared brain. Everything connected.

TrueTrack runs on one shared context. Your goals, your commitments, your training and meal logs, your memory across sessions, and the multi-week Review, all read by the same coaches: Executive, Sports, and Fitness and Lifestyle. A general AI forgets. A tracker just logs. TrueTrack connects them and follows through. It remembers, holds you to what you committed to, reads your training and your sleep against your goal, and tells you what is working and what to do next.

Your data is yours. We will never sell it.

Most systems track you and sell what they learn. Some sell anonymised health data and call it privacy. We will not. We will never sell your data, never use it to train a model, and never hand it to advertisers or any other third party. You can export it, and delete it, whenever you want. Everything you tell your coach is encrypted in transit.

That is our promise and our policy, the way we have chosen to run TrueTrack, not a claim that the data is technically beyond all reach.

Where each one stops, side by side.

TrueTrack
Memory
Forgets. A blank slate every time you close the tab.
Stores the number, and nothing about why it matters.
Picks up where you left off.
Accountability
Agrees a plan, then never mentions it again.
Asks nothing of you. It logs and moves on.
Holds you to what you committed to.
The whole picture
Loses the thread between one session and the next.
Siloed from the rest of your life.
One connected plan.
Your data
Your conversations can be used to train the model.
Harvested and sold, sometimes as anonymised health data.
Never sold, never used to train, yours to export.

A general model is built to answer. A tracker is built to log. TrueTrack is built to connect it all, and follow through.

Works with the tools you already use.

You do not have to throw your tracker away. TrueTrack connects, or is working to connect, to Strava, Garmin, Whoop and Apple Health, so the coach can see your full picture instead of half of it. The difference is what happens next. The numbers are read against what you said you wanted, and your data still stays yours.

See it for yourself.

The fastest way to feel the difference is one session. Your coach starts learning how you think from the first message.
