How is your data secure?

The short version
Your coaching conversations are private. They are never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Everything travels over encrypted connections, your password is never visible to us, and if you delete your account, your data goes with it.
What we protect
- Your password is never seen or stored by us. Sign-in runs through a dedicated authentication service, so your credentials never reach our systems.
- Your session records (the summaries that let your coach remember you next time) are held on encrypted infrastructure with strictly restricted access.
- Your conversations are used only to coach you. They are never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
- Payments (when subscriptions launch) are handled by a dedicated, PCI-compliant payments provider. Your card details never touch our systems.
Encryption, honestly stated
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Everything between your device and TrueTrack travels over an encrypted connection (the same standard your bank uses), and our database provider encrypts all stored data on its servers.
What we will never do
- Sell your data, to anyone, ever.
- Share your conversations for advertising or marketing.
- Allow your conversations to be used to train AI models.
- Read your sessions for any reason beyond running and fixing the service. Access is tightly restricted, and prying into them would go against everything we stand for.
Your controls
Delete your account and your sessions, summaries and commitments are deleted with it. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or ask any question about how it is handled, at privacy@truetrack.coach.
